Andover Ventures Inc. (TSXV: AOX, FSE: R2X) announces today that Chief Consolidated Mining Co. has signed an Earn-In with Option to Joint Venture Agreement, with Kennecott Exploration Company, a subsidiary of Rio Tinto, on the Company’s Big Hill Project located in the East Tintic Mining District Utah, USA. The Big Hill Project is focused on developing a porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum target located on claims owned by Chief or it’s wholly or partially owned subsidiaries.

Engineering and construction company Clough Limited (ASX: CLO) today announced a strong performance for the 2009/10 financial year, recording improved financial results. Underlying earnings before interest and tax increased by 13% to $63.6m, total revenue from continuing operations increased by 26% to $805.0m, and order book closed at $1bn. Cash holdings increased in the year to end at $107m.
