Tarsis discovers copper, gold and silver at White River, Yukon August 5, 2010

Tarsis Resources Ltd. (TSXV: TCC) has made a new grassroots copper, gold and silver discovery in Yukon, Canada. Also, the company’s optionee Silver Quest Resources Ltd. (TSXV: SQI) confirms high grade gold and copper at Prospector Mountain, Yukon.
While carrying out porphyry generative exploration in Yukon, Tarsis prospected rocks that it suspected contained gold and copper. Assays subsequently confirmed the presence of strongly anomalous copper, gold and silver values, including one select prospecting sample containing 4.41 g/t gold, 0.47% copper and 391 g/t silver. Another sample contained 0.581 g/t gold, 1.925% copper and 1,120 g/t silver. The site has no known exploration history, other than that detailed below.
