Blackthorn Resources gets permits renewed in Burkina Faso July 27, 2010

Blackthorn Resources (ASX: BTR) has been granted a 3-year renewal of its 100% owned exploration permits covering the Poa and Guido permits in Burkina Faso, West Africa.
The Poa and Guido permits cover 133 km2 and 177 km2 respectively and are being actively explored by the Company.
The Permits are valid until July 2013 when Blackthorn Resources can elect to renew agian for a further 3 years.
Blackthorn Resources holds tenure for approximately 1,134 sq km of ground situated within the Boromo greenstone belt that trends across Burkina Faso to Ghana in the south.
