Riversdale Mining Limited (ASX: RIV) has announced a capital raising to raise A$337 million at a fixed offer price of A$9.40 per share, to facilitate the accelerated development of Stages 2 and 3 of the Benga Coal Project in Mozambique.

Impact Minerals’ (ASX: IPT) first infill drill programme has confirmed significant uranium mineralisation over an area of at least 1,800 m x 750 x at its 100% owned Lekobolo Prospect in eastern Botswana. Much of the mineralisation is at less than 25 m depth.
