Blackthorn Resources (ASX: BTR) has accepted an offer from its Black Economic Empowerment partner, Matimba Resources, to purchase the Company’s 74% interest in the Mokopane Project in South Africa for a total consideration of Rand 4 million. Coal Services Health and Safety Trust announced today the grant of a $1.6 M contract to QinetiQ, in order to deliver next generation software for its Virtual Reality Training (VRT) technology.
