Blackthorn Resources (ASX: BTR) announces that a 3rd drilling rig has arrived on site at the Mumbwa JV Project in Zambia to supplement the current Phase 4 drilling program.

The Phase 4 drilling program plans to drill 12 targets situated along the north-south trending “Mushingashi-Mutoya” anomaly which has a 19 km strike length. The JV partners are exploring for an Iron-Oxide-Copper-Gold (IOCG) style of mineralisation similar to existing deposits at Olympic Dam, Ernest Henry and Prominent Hill in Australia.
