Impact Minerals completes initial tranche of $5 million placement December 17, 2009

Impact Minerals (ASX: IPT) confirms completion of the first tranche of its share placement to raise $5 million. The company has issued of 13,199,999 fully paid ordinary shares at 21 cents per share, raising $2.772 million.
