Hillgrove Resources Limited (ASX:HGO) has entered into a purchase agreement with Lennard Shelf Pty Limited to acquire the Lennard Shelf Pillara Mine’s process plant and associated equipment and buildings for the Kanmantoo Copper/Gold Project.
